Pomegranate Salt

This is actually a really cool way to infuse a lot of flavor into whatever dish you are making.  I have it with Pomegranate because who doesn't like these cloths staining suckers?!

Ingredients:
Kosher Salt
Pomegranate (seeds, juice, whatever you want)

Prep:

On a cookie sheet, shift out some kosher salt.  Drizzle pomegranate juice all over until salt is covered in it.  Then let it out to dry.  Once dried, place in a jar and you have yourself some Pomegranate Salt!  This works great with Blood Oranges as well!
