Goji Berry & Pistachio Granola Bars

It's always nice to make your own snacks to take with you on a hike or when you go camping.  You get to customize it by adding everything you like.  Granola bars are perfect because they are packed with energy boosting fruits like the Goji Berry.

2 cups oats (not the instant oatmeal kind)
¼ cup shelled salted pistachios, chopped
3 tbsp flax seeds
⅓ cup honey organic or agave nectar
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp coconut oil
2½ tbsp almond butter
¼ cup dried Goji berries
