Jägermeister Chicken Skewers with Blood Orange Aioli

I've been wanting to cook using liquor and I'm on a bit of a Blood Orange fix lately and saw this recipe and wanted to share it.  Click on the link to be taken to the source for the actual directions, but I always like to look at the ingredients first before deciding if it's a worthwhile venture!
8 lbs. chicken thighs
30 flour tortillas
1 cup sugar
½ cup salt
½ cup orange juice
2 cups hot water
2 cups cold water
½ cup mustard
½ cup molasses
½ cup Jägermeister
2 tb. parsley (leaves only)
2 tb. thyme, chopped
2 lemon, zest only
2 orange, zest only
6 garlic cloves
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tb. red pepper flakes
2 oz. roasted garlic
1 bottle kewpie mayo (34 oz. bottle)
2 tb. dijon mustard
2 tb. sriracha
2 blood orange, zest only
2 tb. blood orange juice
